How can I place my order?

Mail or Fax:

If you are ordering by mail or fax, please use an authorized purchase order from your school or institution, or include prepayment in full, including shipping and appropriate sales tax (in California). Online:

You may order online using our secure Shopping Cart if you are paying with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card, and if you are shipping via standard ground shipping within the U.S. or Canada. Otherwise, please order by mail, fax, or telephone.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We are happy to accept your authorized purchase order, or prepayment via check or Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card.

When will my order ship, and when will it be delivered?

Most orders ship within one business day, and normal delivery time is 5 to 10 business days to the U.S. and Canada. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. To check on the status of your order, you may call or email us.

What are your shipping rates?

For standard shipping and handling within the United States or Canada, please add 8% to your subtotal. California residents must also add appropriate sales tax. Our minimum shipping charge is $6.50, and our maximum charge is $95.00, on any single order shipping to a single address. Please call or email us for rates on expedited or international shipments.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

California residents must add the appropriate sales tax for their county to their order

I'm not from the United States or Canada. How can I order?

If you are from a country other than the U.S. or Canada, please call or email us to place your order, as international shipping rates vary. Please note that we require prepayment for all international orders in U.S. funds or by credit card, and that any taxes, duties and/or customs are your responsibility.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We will not share any of your private information (name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information) with any other party except as necessary to fulfill your order.

What is your return policy/quality guarantee?

If you find that our product does not meet your needs, you may return it in saleable condition within 60 days for a refund or credit. To arrange for a return, call our toll free number 1-800-359-5437 for a return authorization. Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.

Can I preview the DVDs before I buy them?

We have several options available for you to view our programs before purchasing.

Highlights Videos

As an alternative to previewing all the programs in a series, you may view a highlights video for any of the series listed below. These highlights include portions of every program in a series. It's a convenient way for you to preview an entire series in a short time. You can click the titles below to view the highlights online right away, or call or email us to request a free highlights DVD (be sure to specify the title of the series you are requesting).

Full DVD Preview

We are pleased to offer one of the friendliest preview policies in the business. If you represent an institution—a school, a library, a youth service agency, or another such group—you may preview up to two videos for 30 days at no cost (except for return shipping). If you decide not to purchase, just return the merchandise to us in saleable condition. Your 30 day preview period begins when you receive the materials.
